Hi my name is Tim and thanks for visiting my site.   I hope I will be able to answer any questions you have regarding health and fitness, and fitness training.

So about me! I have been in the industry for some 6 years. In 1997 I graduated from my Sports Management Diploma, and then decided to concentrate more on the health and fitness side of this rather than Management.

In 1996 I worked at Club la Santa in Lanzarote teaching fitness.   There I learned a lot of different techniques and gained invaluable experience.   I am currently working At a private Health club in Cranleigh Surrey offering Personal Training.

As well as Personal Training I am a Retained Fire-fighter at Godalming Fire Station.    I am 
also the station Personal Training Instructor (P.T.I) for which I attended Surrey’s Fire Headquarters and undertook a 2 week intense teaching course in many different areas of health and Fitness.   In my role I encourage and take training sessions to the station personel, so that they can maintain a good level of fitness as the job can be a demanding one at times.

  • YMCA   Affiliated Cardiovascular Training.
  • Circuit Training.
As the industry is forever changing I am constantly learning new  techniques and attending many conferences and seminars.
